Since opening their first practice in 2015, Dr. Gaglani has been dedicated to transforming patient experiences and empowering dentists to deliver quality, same-day comprehensive care. A passionate advocate for dentists being at the forefront of dentistry, she believes in continuous education and development for both dentists and their team, both personal and professional.
Under her leadership, Areo Dental Group achieved recognition on the Inc. 5000 list for the past 3 years with nearly 100% growth. Beyond dentistry, Dr. Gaglani is an active member of the Entrepreneur Organization, a supporter of animal rescue efforts, and enjoys hiking, adventure trips, and spending time with her dog, Pumpkin.
Dr. Abhishek Nagaraj, known as Dr. Raj, is an entrepreneur and full-arch implant surgeon who is passionate about empowering associate doctors to become elite clinicians. As co-CEO of Areo Dental Group, he mentors dentists to break barriers, achieve clinical leadership, and scale their practices profitably.
Dr. Raj’s journey from immigrating to America at 23 to co-leading one of the fastest-growing dental organizations is a testament to his drive and dedication. Outside of work, he enjoys fitness, hiking, traveling, and reading. His vision is clear: to create a world where dentists have the autonomy and resources to lead fulfilling professional lives.
