How has your collaboration as an Associate Dentist with Areo Dental impacted your practice growth and operations?
Since joining Areo Dental, my entire experience as a general dentist has taken a massive upswing. By being placed in a setting that gives me the clinical autonomy to exercise and practice a wide array of dental procedures daily, my clinical skills are honed constantly. Since joining in 2021 to now being with Areo Dental close to 4 years, I can confidently say that I am lightyears ahead of where I started. The confidence to manage complex full mouth reconstructions, the successful extraction of impacted third molars and to effectively and efficiently complete molar endo have all been a testament to the growth, support and environment promoting clinical excellence at Areo.
The support you've received in clinical autonomy, operations, and patient care?
The support at Areo dental in my humble opinion has been second to none. When it comes to consultation in relation to complex cases, management of patients and the intricacies of team communication, all corners of the organization are put in place to ensure that my experience as a doctor is met with all the support needed. Dr. Raj and Dr. G are quick, efficient and effective communicators that place our needs at the forefront from a clinical perspective. Caitlin and Claribel also are an invaluable asset at making sure that all the support I've ever needed when it comes to the day to day operations of the office are always met.

One of the best parts of the Areo Dental experience that I will always appreciate is the fact that I've never felt like a cog in a larger machine. As a doctor, a team member and individual I have always felt comfortable in voicing my opinion and my concerns always being met with consideration and a solution focused approach. The network that Areo has been cultivating is easy to talk to, and is always looking to make the Areo expericence one that is focused on your growth.
Any improvements in work-life balance or time freedom since joining Areo?
Since joining Areo, I actually feel like I've been able to see more of the world than I did before. The team works so hard to accommodate time off requests so that the time away from work is enriching and we can come back refreshed and ready to give back to our patients. As a parent, I can appreciate that my time is respected and I never feel like I am sacrificing my time with my family by being at work too long. Work-life balance is something that the leadership team takes seriously and it definitely shows with how accommodating they can be.
